Our classic Coco Shrimp Plate
6 Hand-battered & breaded with sweet coconut flakes and fried, served with sweet chili dipping sauce. Served on a bed of buttered rice and salad with your choice of salad dressing. When we started experimenting with a coconut shrimp recipe, we wanted to keep the sweetness of the coconut in every bite and so making sure the batter process and how many coconut flakes were added stays the same each time. But after a few tests we realized that we needed a little kick, so we added the sweet chili dipping sauce and continue to add it to every coconut breaded shrimp plate!
